Welcome to GoodsPacker. By accessing our website or utilizing our packing and moving services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

GoodsPacker agrees to provide professional packing, loading, transportation, and unloading services as outlined in your finalized quotation. The estimate is based on the inventory provided by you. If the actual inventory exceeds the estimated volume on the day of the move, additional charges will apply accordingly.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: A nominal token advance is required to lock in your moving date and secure a vehicle.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of the token advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover logistical setup costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

While we handle the heavy lifting, clients are expected to:

• Safeguard personal valuables such as jewelry, cash, laptops, and important documents. GoodsPacker is not liable for the transport of these specific items.
• Ensure proper authorization and gate passes are arranged with society/building management at both the pickup and drop-off locations prior to our crew's arrival.

4. Liability & Transit Insurance

We strongly recommend opting for our comprehensive transit insurance. In the absence of insurance, GoodsPacker's liability for damaged or lost goods is limited to basic coverage as mandated by logistics laws. Claims must be filed within 72 hours of delivery.
